Free in-store pickup, order online and pick up your order at the store.

Boutique Séraphin offers free standard shipping in Quebec on all orders of $200 or more (before taxes).

For orders under $200:

Standard shipping: 5-7 business days from billing date ($15)
Expedited shipping: 3-5 business days from billing date ($20)

Ontario

For orders over $200:

Standard shipping: 5-7 business days from billing date ($20)
Expedited shipping: 3-5 business days from billing date ($25)

For orders under $200:

Standard shipping: 5-7 business days from billing date ($30)
Expedited shipping: 3-5 business days from billing date ($35)

Rest of Canada

For orders over $200:

Standard shipping: 5-7 business days from billing date ($25)
Expedited shipping: 3-5 business days from billing date ($30)

For orders under $200:

Standard shipping: 5-7 business days from billing date ($35)
Expedited shipping: 3-5 business days from billing date ($40)

Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.

If you wish to make a change, please contact us at info@boutiqueseraphin.com or 418-522-2533 and we will make the correction if possible.

Once the order is processed, a confirmation email will be sent to you.

Online purchase return policy

The accepted period for returning a regular-priced item is 30 days after purchase, and 10 days for sale items. Items with a 40% or more discount are final sales and therefore non-refundable.

Return procedure

All items must be returned as received, i.e., unworn, in original packaging, with the tag and accompanied by the transaction receipt. Damaged items will not be refunded. These same conditions apply to in-store returns.

Sales are final for underwear, tights, and jewelry accessories.

For returns

Simply return the item(s) directly to Séraphin. Clearly identify your name and/or order number. Once we receive the package, we will process the refund. If you have any questions, contact us by email at info@boutiqueseraphin.com or at 418-522-2533 for the information you need.

For exchanges and returns, postal charges are at your expense. We are not responsible for lost packages or packages sent to the wrong address. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
